Precision Gamma Counters & Wipe Test Instruments

Reliable, high-performance instruments trusted in Nuclear Medicine, Radiopharmacies, Research, and Clinical laboratories.

Find Your Counter

Two questions get you to the right instrument.

No browsing the catalog. Tell us what your lab actually does and we’ll point you to the right counter.

What’s the main thing you’ll use this counter for?

How much volume do you run, day to day?

01 · Nuclear Medicine

Wipe-test counters built for the rigor of daily hot-lab work.

From the high-throughput Multi-Wiper™ for busy nuclear medicine departments to the AutoSpect™-equipped Wiper™ Gold with its built-in 4096-channel MCA — engineered for nuclear medicine departments, radiopharmacies, and cyclotron operations.

Multi-Wiper™ family — standard and HE configurations
Wipe-Test Family · One Platform, Two Configurations

Multi-Wiper™

The first multi-detector wipe-test counter built for the Nuclear Medicine Department. Counts up to 10 wipes at once with automatic isotope ID and DPM results. Standard Multi-Wiper covers everyday 0–1 MeV work; the optional Multi-Wiper HE configuration adds 2″×2″ NaI(Tl) crystals for trace-sensitive 300–800 keV mid-range work. Same software, same calibration, same training across both.

  • Wells: 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 8 / 10
  • Energy range: Up to 1 MeV (standard) · 300–800 keV optimized (HE)
  • Detectors: NaI(Tl) deep-well, Hamamatsu PMTs
  • Output: DPM + automatic isotope ID, multi-isotope, MDA

Wiper™ Gold family — standard and LSV configurations
Single-Detector Family · Built-In 4096-Channel MCA

Wiper™ Gold

Compact single-detector wipe counter for the lab that doesn’t need ten wells. AutoSpect™ spectrum compensation produces clean DPM, with the only true 4096-channel MCA built into a wipe-test counter on the market. Two well configurations: Wiper Gold (standard well) for routine wipe surveys, and Wiper Gold LSV (large-sample-volume well) for higher-activity samples, RIA tubes, larger vials, and bulk-volume work. Same electronics, same MCA, same software across both.

  • Well options: Standard well · Large-Sample-Volume (LSV) well
  • MCA: True 4096-channel, built in
  • Software: AutoSpect™ with spectrum compensation
  • Footprint: Compact bench-top
LTI Capture™ main window — the software companion that replaces the dot-matrix printer on LTI gamma counters
New · Software Companion · v1.0 May 2026

LTI Capture™

The digital reporting companion for the LTI counter line. Replaces the dot-matrix printer with software that runs on the lab’s existing PC. Every report your instrument prints — wipe tests, calibration summaries, AutoSpect™ spectra, daily QC, RIA assays — captured directly to a properly named PDF, filed automatically into a searchable archive, optionally printed to any networked office printer, and exportable as CSV to your LIS or LIMS. One USB-to-Serial cable, no firmware change, backwards-compatible with every LTI Wiper ever shipped (Multi-Wiper, Genii, Gamma 1 coming in the next release). One-time license per organization, no subscription, no phone-home.

  • Platforms: macOS · Windows · Linux
  • Outputs: Print · Organized PDF archive · CSV for LIS/LIMS
  • License: One-time, per-organization · 30-day eval
  • Compatible with: Wiper family today · Multi-Wiper, Genii, Gamma 1 next release
02 · Decontamination

S4FE-D® — broad-spectrum CBRN decontamination that binds and removes the contamination.

S4FE-D® is a single line of decontamination products engineered to safely and rapidly remove Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) contaminants from surfaces, skin, and equipment — without requiring the responder to identify the substance first. S4FE-D® does not neutralize, disinfect, or kill. It binds the contaminant and lifts it away, so what was on the surface ends up in the wipe and out of your facility.

And here’s the part that catches people off guard: the chemistry itself is gentle. Essentially pH-neutral (~6.5), non-corrosive, skin-safe, and unregulated for shipping as a hazardous material. The only PPE the SDS recommends is eye protection — no gloves, no respirator, no special handling. It removes the contamination without being the contamination.

Powered by Bind-It™, the proven LTI chemistry already trusted by U.S. nuclear medicine departments and hospital pharmacies. S4FE-D® is in use across nuclear medicine departments, radiopharmacies, research and clinical laboratories, hospital emergency rooms, and EMS & ambulance crews — anywhere a responder has to clean now and identify later. Unknown drug residue on a stretcher between patient transports. Bodily fluids in an exam room. Radioactive material on a patient, an exam table, or a piece of equipment. One protocol covers all four CBRN threat categories — for routine cleanup, and for the moment it stops being routine.

S4FE-D family of CBRN decontamination products — spray, wipes, concentrate, hand & body soap, and individual decon towels
CBRN Decontamination · One Chemistry, Every Form Factor

S4FE-D® Decontamination Line

The full S4FE-D® product family in one place — powered by Bind-It™, LTI’s proven decontamination chemistry. Pre-mixed 32 oz spray and pre-wetted wipes for daily surface decon. 3 oz and 16 oz concentrate pouches for bulk-volume work. Hand & body soap and touchless wall dispensers for personal decon at every sink. Pocket-sized DIRT individual decon towels for emergency response. One chemistry, all four CBRN threat categories, pH-neutral and skin-safe — the rare line where the cleanup product isn’t the new contamination.

From the Field

Used daily where iodine contamination is a routine problem.

Quotes from clinical and pharmacy customers who’ve trusted this chemistry in their day-to-day decontamination routines for years.

S4FE-D is the only thing we have found which has helped clean I-131 from the floors of our patient rooms. We find our thyroid patients in isolation rooms don’t always wear their slippers as instructed. The perspiration from their feet contaminates the floor.
Nuclear Medicine Technician Hospital · British Columbia
We use S4FE-D to clean the I-125 from our assay samples after we run them. It allows us to decontaminate the test tubes, so that we don’t have to dispose of them as radioactive waste.
Chief Technologist Large Reference Laboratory
We use S4FE-D to clean up from spills in our hot lab. It is the only thing we have found that really works for I-131.
