How this works

  2. You hear back within one business day. Either a formal LTI quotation arrives by email — line items, freight, warranty options, validity period — or a note that your local LTI authorized distribution partner will be in touch shortly. Some markets are served through our partner channel, and they’re the right team to handle the quote and ongoing support.
  3. Questions, revisions, decisions. If you want a 5-well instead of a 10-well, an extended warranty added, or any line item revised — just reply and the quote gets reissued. There’s no charge for revisions.
  4. Order at PO time. When you’re ready, the quote converts to a PO. Lead time on most instruments is 4–6 weeks from cleared funds.

Genesys quotes are application-specific. Tell us what you’re counting and we’ll configure detector channels, shielding, and reporting around it.
S4FE-D quotes: tell us the format (concentrate / soap refill / DRK kit / bulk drum / dispenser) and quantity, and we’ll quote freight to your address.

For the freight estimate on the quote. We ship to dock; inside delivery to your lab is the customer’s responsibility.
